Anna’s Chicken Salad

This is my most requested recipe. My coworkers ask for it all the time. I love the fact they don’t mind being my guinea pigs.


1-2 celery stalks, finely chopped

1/2 -1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp. of black pepper

1 tsp. of salt

1 tsp. celery seed

2 tsp. sugar

1/4 cup slaw dressing

1 cup mayonnaise

1-2 tbsp. relish

3 large chicken breast, cooked and chopped

Mix the first 9 ingredients together in a large bowl, then add chopped chicken.  Place bowl in the the fridge while you clean up, this allows the flavor to develop.  Taste chicken salad and adjust to your desired taste. Serve on mini croissants or with crackers.

Tip:  Add sauce to chicken while it is still warm.  It will absorb the flavor much better.
