Honey Chipotle Pork Chops


4 bone in pork chops

1 cup Badia Chipotle Sauce

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Mix 1/4 cup water w/ 1 tsp of corn starch (also known as a slurry)

Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 357 degrees.

In a small bowl mix chipotle sauce, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and slurry.   Put to the side.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Salt and Pepper both side of the pork chops. Cook pork chops on each side 3 minutes.  Transfer pork chops to shallow casserole dish, cover with sauce. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.  Sauce should be bubbling and thick. Spoon sauce over pork chops and serve.
